It’s a LOT in a neighborhood of $5M homes. The buyer will bulldoze the house and build a home similar to the other $5M homes in the neighborhood.

It’s the lot, nearly 8000 sq feet. There will be a total demolition for new build or a major add on.

I think heating is required by law in California Even when a house is sold as is, it has to follow the law. But this is the craziness of Cal market. Cup is a good place to live as is nearby Saratoga. Maybe apple will buy it for storage.
