Let's see -- Russia has had a 13% flat tax rate. It doesn't have large cities where violent criminal are released right back onto the street right after committing a crime. Russia hasn't allowed open borders and doesn't have drug traffickers, sex traffickers and gang members flowing freely over it.
Everything we accuse Russia of HAS BEEN true of us over the past four years -- rigged elections, political prisoners and a sitting President trying to imprison his the leader of the opposition party.

Right, terrorists do that intentionally. Terrorism and war are entirely different things with different goals. “Double Tapping” by terrorists increases the terror and the desire for society to comply. Doing so to a nonmilitary target in warfare does nothing but waste time and resources.
Terrorists use $37 worth of kitchen chemicals, even a wealthy state could go broke quickly lobbing multiple million dollar missiles at every apartment complex.
The story is likely fake or it wasnt an apartment complex.

I was hoping for more objective measures, but thank you for the reply.
Suffice to say we will probably not agree on your claim.

Russia doesn't need to import any of that. It's already present all over their society, in both official gov't corruption as well as throughout what little private business is allowed. Their criminals mostly run their government and businesses.
