I like rock music, XLCH’s, ‘57 Chevy’s, and my BMW K1300S with its Akrapocic exhaust. This electric “thing” is no substitute for a “real” motorcycle.
I also watched Bronson, when all I had was Honda CB-160!
Never saw it before
It’s arr errrectrric. Not Hybwid.
Thanks for the photo, Sirius. This thread need at least one picture of a motorcycle.
I miss those days
I was on a Honda 50 Mini-Trail when two guys in a blue and yellow F-4 Phantom II went overhead at maybe 50-100 feet
Blue Angels airshow
Probably at Tinker
It’s ugly.
Almost bought an XLCR when they first hit the showroom floor. I should have. It would have been among one of my better investments . . . plus a lot of fun. Willy G did well with this one.
I understand it explodes into a beautiful ball of fire, when the batteries have a problem.
Can you lift it if it drops?
The thing I loved about motorcycles before I decided the risk/reward was no longer favorable was the minimalist aspect of motorcycles.
This is not a minimalist motorcycle.
Yes, the article does not mention the weight of the bike.
I suspect it is much heavier than a Honda Goldwing or any 1300CC engine motorcycle.
You better not drop it.
South east Asia is a huge market for motorcycles/scooters. I would think the biggest problem with electric bikes/motorcycles is the ability to charge these things at home. Most homes do NOT have 100-200 amp service like we do in our homes. A 30 amp circuit might be all is available to most people for their entire home.
And TEN TIMES the EXPLOSIVE Power!!!
Looks like a Gold Wing. Wonder if Honda will have something to say about it....
Don’t worry.
<> when it reaches market . . . <>
More EV “free beer tomorrow” promises.
I still think one of these would be a lot of fun:
https://www.voromotors.com/products/e-ride-pro-ss-19
It replaced this:

Then there is this one. Not as fast, but half the price.

My Triumph Tiger Explorer is a big bike but only weighs 600 pounds. But that EV bike looks like a monster. No thanks.
Looked and couldn’t find the weight, it’s bound to be heavy
Yuck...
450 miles?!? That’s one long extension cord!!!
