Not a dime for any sanctuary city or any state that allows sanctuary cities within it. Consider the sancutary cities and their states as in mutiny and treat them accodringly.
California and New York are both losing population. The Left is able to backfill both states with illegals. So they can step the population loss. So they can preserve the size of their electoral vote. Otherwise, the red states will just get more electoral votes if they did nothing.
AND THAT’S what it is all about. The democrat mayors in s holes like Chicago and New York don’t care that their cities are overrun with violent freeloading illegal aliens. They want some cash!!!
