Brother taking care of the brothers.
How?
They already ruled on it.
The Moore case was probably one of the most important cases at SCOTUS at the time but they distracted everyone with a bunch of BS
“Ok, then make the district 99% black and the remaining districts should be solid republican.”
That’s basically what the GA legislature has done in the past. There’s an implicit agreement between the white Republican majority and the black Democrat minority to carve “safe” House seats for 3-5 black Democrats and leave the rest for white Republicans.
“This would have the opposite effect of turning Georgia blue.
It would concentrate Democrat votes in a few districts, strengthening Republican proportions in the others.
This was the general effect of carving out majority-minority districts through previous rounds of racial gerrymandering.”
Exactly right.
Ask trump. He picked um.
McConnell bragged about them.
Has to be illegal. Districts are based on population, not race.
Same Steve Jones who just ruled that Fulton County has the right to arrest a President and all his employees anytime they get upset with them.
Clown Kangaroo Court racist.
That’s Racist.
Just more anti-white bulls**t from our federal government.
Bears studying.
The legislature decides this stuff not a judge. 😏
That’s what the Constitution says.
But SCOTUS decided, in the Moore case, that the Constitution doesn’t matter and that the Fed’s can make those decisions
