That was my first thought too, we know that blacks on average vote about 95% rat. If they are largely (the rats) corralled into the same district it would appear as a lose-lose situation for Xiden boot polishers.
If Georgians are doing the American Thing and does not have many locations where there is a “Black-Majority” available in abundance, but Whites and Blacks living along side each other which is the normal.

The judge should draw the districts as he sees fit and then prohibit blacks from moving out of the district, upon pain of imprisonment.
He basically made himself the defacto ruler of Georgia.

I believe you would be charged with a hate crime. The interesting thing is how many blacks are leaving the Democrat Party All of them are also considered to be committing hate crimes I suspect.

That should be immediately appealed on the grounds that that order is outside the discretion of a feral judge. The judge can no more issue a order to discriminate than the state can draw deliberately discriminatory boundaries.

The democratic party has had the black race and has never done what they should have done to make it possible for better living conditions.. Better schools.. Better housing in rentals.
There are wealthy black families.. India families.. Asian families. white.cauucasian families.

This court assumes that a black majority district will vote democrat. It assumes that the blacks who dont vote democrat, well thats ok to disinfranchise them.
It makes an incredible number of racist political and social assumptions.
Also, why don’t hispanics get districts? Or do they not count. Asians?
