Heard this on the radio and it’s in the article, her advice:
“Can someone please tell the freedom fighters in Palestine to flip their phones and film horizontal.”
This was in reference to the Hamas threat to put live video of torture and killings of the hostages on the internet.
She wants the full view horizontal carnage videos because they’ll show more.
