Just looked this method up only to discover that the neck pillow was given to me 30+years ago along with specific exercises by a local chiropractor. And it worked. The instruction page is still under the bed but the pillow disappeared.
Oh, my, I have to research this fully.
It sounds like you may have an issue with tyramine. MSG, fermented and pickled foods and some cheese are a problem. BTW - chicken broth is fine if you make your own. Avoid canned soup - it's loaded with MSG.

First of all, thank you for posting. I immediately read the whole list with great interest, but I see many foods I consume regularly with no trouble are in the prohibited column. Broccoli and sauerkraut are big favorites. Ditto most of the prohibited meats, although liverwurst is a killer. Nonetheless I've copied out the list for future reference. Thank you again.
