He was arrested, but released the same day, and has a failure to appear charge, at least I assume that is the case for it not appearing in court.
It's last name is Shemansky, which should alert everyone that it knows it is a man that chose a name with the prefix of what it desires itself to be, a she, then picked an ending that rhymes with lie.
Put it in solitary confinement, because putting it with a male or female, is truly cruel & unusual punishment to the cell mate that has to share a cell with it.
