Seriously! I wonder if natural sources would work as well as a supplement, just in case the .gov and big Pharma succeed in their effort to squash the supplement industry. They are trying to do that again, and are so good at sneaking it in incrementally.

Natto is part of the discussion regarding K2.

Fermentation is key to most forms of K2, if fermented soy beans isnt your thing then look at other home fermented products like sauerkraut.

The remaining form comes from the fats in pastured meat and egg sources.
