When the law comes down hard on the side of the woman there is no uniting. The only thing you can do is choose not to participate which too many men are doing.

Marriage is over. It will just take another 40 years. If the Church understood this, they would forgo civil compliance and marry the parties under the laws of the church and let the civil marriage fail due to non compliance. Very few states recognize “common law marriage.”

The law isn't coming down on the side of women. Men who enforce the law are coming down on the side of women.
And that's apart from the heroes who are ready to pounce on other men if they think they can get a piece out of it.

Every other group has done it. Even trannies have managed to effectively organize to push their outrageous agenda. Why can't men unite and act on their far more valid greivences?
You can't say men don't have the resources. Tens of billions a year are spent on prostitution and human trafficking, and that isn't coming from women. If men took 10% of what they have to spend on hookers and spend it fighting for their rights instead, many of these problems would be solved just by taking action.
But no. Decades of watching men spend billions of dollars a year on prostitution and strip bars and next to nothing in support of MRAs proves where men's priorities are. Well, men are getting that, so what are they complaining about?
The "marriage contract" that states require via the marriage license is a money grab by the State. It is effectively a TAX on marriage.
It was back in the 17th or 18th century that the then king of England decided to tax marriage as a way of enriching his coffers. This was adopted by other countries including ours, obviously.
The entire purpose of the state marriage contract (marriage license) is to apply law at time of divorce, for the disposition of assets and care of children - if any - so that they do not become a burden to the state (taxpayers.)
I've long advocated for eschewing a state marriage license and having the religious ceremony only.
I'm at the point that marriage isn't worth it. It's been corrupted so thoroughly that I sincerely doubt anyone really knows what it is, nor cares. A divorce rate that's near 60% pretty much seals that conclusion.
Personally if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't. With the exception of my two wonderful sons having been produced through a failed marriage, I wouldn't do it. I'd be much happier, richer, and doing what I want.
Men, just don't do it. I'ts NOT worth it.

Same here. Same two sons. Same ruined estate plan. Lucky 2nd try but fellows, don’t count on it. Most marriages end in divorce. Most divorces end in financial ruin for the man.
Glad you have a lucky 2nd try. I have a long term lady friend at this point. We maintain our own homes, our own finances, etc.. and don't mix them. We're monogomous, travel together, are fully integrated with each others families etc.. My sons adore her and her daughter is like the daughter I didn't have to me. Neither one of us wants to marry again and we like how our relationship works for us.
Honestly don't see this ever changing and I'm fine with it. Were she and I to ever split up I'd be happy living my remaining days a bachelor. I have friends, hobbies and outside interests beyond our relationship to keep me busy. At this point I think I'm just too old to start over with someone else again and all that entails and honestly don't think I'd have it in me to do it. (She'd likely say the same thing.)

Those other groups had the MSM, lawyers and activists in government on their side. Men, especially straight white men, will never have that kind of backing without a fundamental change in everything.

Are you kidding? "Women's Lib" was a joke until the 70s, but they stayed with it. Yes I know what it has become now, but they had some legitimate complaints at the time.
And civil rights activists had to fight against the government to get the simplest of freedoms. Many of them hung at the end of a tree or were shot for their efforts.
Men, especially straight white men, will never have that kind of backing without a fundamental change in everything.
So, start making that change. Stop raising your sons to be a bunch of stupid animals who can't think beyond spilling their seed in every woman around.
Defend your sons against a school system that allows girls to hit or kick them for any or no reason, instead of siding with the schools and the girls against your own sons. "If you don't allow boys to do it to girls, then don't allow girls to do it to boys." can be your message.
Stop screwing each other's wives.
And take all of that money you have to spend on prostitutes and strip bars, and spend it on taking action instead.
No one is forcing any of the above on you. You want change? Then stop complaining and do it.

I’m talking about divorce, you’re talking about catting around. Apple and orange discussions seem to be your thing. I certainly didn’t raise my boys to put getting laid above everything else and they certainly act better than that.
You seem to like using the designation “You” a lot. As in “I” should or shouldn’t do this or that. “I” should stop doing this or that.

For men there is a much easier solution—they don’t see it even though it is right in front of their noses.
Only date and marry women with more money than you.
There are lots of well to do women these days.
When women have a lot more to lose in divorce they become amazingly reasonable.
In case you didn't notice, the problems men face in divorce and "catting around" are related. Men cheating on their wives causes much of the problems men face, and as you saw, men screwing other men's wives is also a problem. On top of that, I've read enough articles of judges and police officers going easy on women in return for some to last a life time.
Maybe you didn't raise your sons this way, but look at the billions spent on prostitution by other men's sons.
And look at the multi-billion dollar human trafficking industry, which kidnaps women, girls, AND BOYS, drugs them up, and forces them into situations where they may suffer life long physical and mental injuries, all so that men can have a warm, wet spot to stick it into.
