I don’t menstruate but I do bleed on a regular basis.

The delusional males who get their genitals mutilated in their attempt to look female have a cavity carved into their groins. This cavity is essentially an open wound that rarely properly heals, and often bleeds. They claim that this bleeding is equivalent to menstruating. I am given to understand that normal women consider that claimed equivalence to be utter BS.

Turners is either only 1 X or 1 X and a damaged/partial second X.

Then there are people with damaged endocrine systems (hydrolase-21 deficiency, etc.) including congenital adrenal hyperplasia and Non-classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Sometimes they are born with ambiguous genitalia; sometimes they are born one sex but during puberty start developing as the other. Their brains recognize free floating adrenal androgens differently and program the body accordingly.

Then there are folks with hyperandrogenism.

Anyone within this subset can develop gender dysphoria.

Unless there is a legitimate underlying medical condition, it’s psychological. We should not be butchering people with a mental illness.

Amazing to think that minors are not allowed to buy alcoholic beverages or tobacco products because of how it affects their health. But they are being encouraged to take puberty blockers and undergo surgery that will ruin their health and permanently alter their bodies in ways that will adversely affect them for the rest of their lives.
