For a long time I have felt that we need to bring back public executions and no waiting days and years on death row. Get em done
IMO they would help deter crime and give the populace a sense of justice and closure. We read darn it everyday about the atrocities humans commit but we never see the justice. The righting of the wrong. That affects our psyche and societal cohesion.

I’m torn. There is the whole “Don’t stoop to their level” thing, but there is also the “Make an example of him” angle as well.
