Prior to the first large explosion/flash caused by a missle/rocket, there had already been 3 other hits.
The target area might have been a munitions plant. The first and second large explosion/flash blasts being the result of explosive chemicals that were stored for munitions manufacturing.
The second large explosion/flash blast erupted vertically as if from a wide-diameter hole in the ground - perhaps a large underground fuel reserve.
Both the first and second of the large explosion/flash blasts, carried with them, enormous amounts of fuel of some type, that continued to burn in their respective ball/mushroom formations.

I hardly would believe Russia’s leadership militarily or politically have been in a panic at any time since this thing began. Russia’s not stupid , they have known that for decades they are always the scapegoat for the US and their appointed enemy even in the better times....until we need favors from them..... Threfore there’s likely nothing that ‘panics’ them.... That’s not to say they don’t get highly angry and disappointed with the world leaders....and they certainly have the right to be so.
