That's not what your toaster told me...
Google listens all the time. I was streaming Dan Bongino and the google “assistant” which i turn off. Kept popping up and the results showed “missing context” warnings about everything it listened to. Unfortunately I am stuck using these evil companies so there is no getting away from this other than by turning them off. I would pull the batteries but they are sealed up now.
The same corrupt shot sighted idiots now have access to using AI - it’s gonna get worse.

There are videos that show ads related to what is being said showing up as the poster talks. I have had this happened on the phone and on my computer.

Our new LG dishwasher, relatively new LG washing machine and LG dryer are not attached directly connected to the internet.
However, if we are having problems with any or all 3, the 3 of them can connect directly to the internet.

Our basic tv is 10+ years old and doesn’t the camera built in, that we know of. It does have ears to listen.
My new chromebook has it built in in the middle of the top frame.
