so just by reading the headline........sounds like they decided instead of bringing the students skills up to the low the bar........shameful
This is all the rest of common core - sight words instead of phonics for teaching reading and awful common core math which involves no memorization of multiplication or division facts. It is all on purpose - the dumbing down of American youth.
