LOL! Not laughing at the poor victim but the gas stove controversy ongoing and your timing made me chuckle!
At my high school back in 1976 or 77 our PE coach had a heart attack. He was 26 and survived.
If you are healthy, and not feeble from old age, I would hold off on boosters for now, unless a new variant emerges which is more harmful than the current version.
I have resumed daily grind of gym since for me that is the best way to stay healthy and strong. And also holding off on boosters for now.
Your poor health is a reflection of you not using your brain.
My health is better now at age 82, than 30 years ago, because I used my brain and started on a regular exercise routine of walking 30 miles every week playing golf. I can jump over 4 foot fence, and have boundless energy. I thank my brain for discovering regular exercise.
BTTT!!!
Thanks. Between gas stoves and Covid vaxxxes we are a doomed species.
I am impressed by your walking. I do about the same. I know one thing. Walking helps peristalsis. So you will never have bowel problems/cancer etc.
Very true. I stopped playing 5 rounds of golf every week after quitting private club membership at age 75 and move to Florida. But I do regular treadmill now and try to get in 10,000 steps every day.
Without walking, constipation would have killed me long ago LOL.
