By that logic, the massacre of 500,000–600,000 Tutsi by the Hutu in the Rwandan genocide (7 April - 15 July, 1994) was not "racial," either - rather, it was just an example of "Black on Black" violence.

She obviously doesn't know that blacks were also considered inferior to Nazis. Germany had a large influx of blacks from Africa after WWI, and weren't considered German citizens during the Nazi regime. They weren't allowed to hold jobs, or go to school. If a black had married a white German woman, the marriage was dissolved, and black males were castrated. They also castrated black children. Some blacks were murdered outright by the Nazis, and estimates say between 25,000 and 50,000 black Germans died in concentration camps.
Yet she keeps her job on ABC time and time again after saying hateful lies.
