One of my guilty pleasures is to listen to the shows via podcast.
Over the years you learn to listen to the first hour and the third hour. The second and fourth hour are listener calls. Usually about two callers in, the real kooks come out.
Yeah, I remember it, it was quite a tragedy, and I still remember how the sky looked that day. I was in grade school in Rockford.
Even now people are still talking about it.
A local journalist wrote a book about it…
Sad. I’ve got a bunch of her books, I always looked forward to new ones.
