That’s because they don’t get enough sun.

That’s why they look all pasty except for the ragheads

I’m taking big amounts of vitamin D. I’ve taken many different supplements, D has been the biggest bang for the buck.

“I’m taking big amounts of vitamin D. I’ve taken many different supplements, D has been the biggest bang for the buck.”

High D3 for me too. Which is an unnatural amount. But we live in an unnatural age with CCP viruses being unleashed. “Biggest bang for the buck” is a good description. And you live in a very sunny location.

D3 being produced by sunlight on your skin. This goes into decline as you get older. In my book the D3 minimum is 5000 units daily. D3 is ultra cheap, so there is no excuse. The Red bottle by Carlyle at 10000 units costs only $9. Last year it was $11. If you only want 5000, take one every second day

Bingo!!

I would add niacin and quercetin to that regiment. I take all four (D3, zinc, niacin, quercetin) every day- never got the jab, never got the kung flu and i’ve had two separate IGG tests 10 months apart and the amount of kung flu anti-bodies i had were off the charts.

My doctor told me, “you have more anti-bodies then most vaccinated people” after the first test and the woman at the facility where i took the second test said, “Mr xxx, i’m not your doctor but there’s absolutely no reason for you to get the vaccine.”

I was low on Vit D. That shows the sun is worthless for it. I garden naked and am out in the sun many hours a day weather permitting.

Thx for that report...I have been pushing Vit D3 for years...but remember, you must take K with it...or “hardening” of the arteries could be a problem

And I have added Vit C to my nag with family recently

That docs do not suggest or do routine Vit D level tests is malpractice in my eyes

There are a number of factors that influence how much sun exposure will give you enough blood Vitamin D. These include season of the year (in US you will need more in winter), region of the country (I live in mid-Atlantic region), natural skin oils (I wash some areas daily, but only wash whole body once every 3 or 4 days). If one is nude in sun but bath immediately before or after sun exposure, very little Vitamin D is absorbed. Allowing several hours between sun exposure and bathing is advised.

All these factors considered, I had only been getting the 400 IU of D found in a one daily type Vitamin. THen starting summer 2020 I began taking a range of from 2000 to 5000 IU daily as described in my comment #19. At my Dec. annual physical, Kaiser Permanente’s Vitamin D blood reading will tell me if I am stable at their optimum 50 to 80 ngm/mL. At 66 after 18 months of added D, I might need to cut back a little once I see the new test. I know my 240 lb, 6’1” son also living in the mid-Atlantic area was advised by his doctor to increase from 5000 to 10,000 IU daily to treat his winter depression (SAD).

That no government agency has been advising people, and especially dark skinned people, to take extra Vitamin D3 starting in 2020, I would characterize as criminal neglegence. By the later part of 2020 it was clear that dark skinned people had a much higher Covid death rate. Even Fauci finally admitted that people might benefit from extra Vitamin C and D3 by November that year.

Does sitting in a chair right beside a closed window while on the computer mean anything?

I forgot to mention I do take Quercitin also in addition to 5,000 iu of D3 and 50mg Zinc. I generally follow the FLCCC guidelines.

No shots. Never even a flu shot that started the conditioning of the American public 20 years ago. People think that anything that’s sponsored by the govt is good for you. Yet most people do not trust the govt. Go figure.

You need to take some (not a lot) if you take D3 supplements. For artery protection
