For a lot of people
Wheel of Fortune with Pat and Vanna is comfort food for the soul.
I volunteered at a nursing home a number of years ago. One of the first instructions given to me was "never walk in front of a TV when Wheel of Fortune is on—you will be clobbered."

15 years ago I was at a stoplight on the upper east side of Manhattan and Pat walked in front of my car, so I yelled out “Wheel...of....fortune!” and he laughed and waved to me. One of those bizarre scenes.

bench 1.5 times your weight as a measure of health. That's a good-sized multiple for bench, which is all upper-body. I've heard 1.5x defined as a high-fitness "goal."
I did that at 47 and set a state record (men's 48-and-under, 147-lb. class).
I should point out there was a snowstorm on the day of the meet, so it was just me against the record book and the judges.
