Looks like classic human error. The candidates are listed in reverse order between your 2 grabs. Probably the monkey doing the work was just taking the list from the state and entering in numbers straight down the list (which involved way more than 1 election) never bothering to check the names to make sure they were in the same order. Top of list A goes to top of list B, 2nd to 2nd, etc etc. Then eventually somebody notices the website isn’t in the same order the state is reporting results.
The rush to be first in “news” reporting has destroyed the accuracy.

What if the judge certified the machines?
It's not a counting error -- it was a reporting error by a single media outlet.
These results are always reported on the Secretary of State's website, right? Notice what isn't in the GP article? Screenshots of the Secretary of State's website showing "flipped" votes. In other words, the results were being reported correctly by the official source, and by other media outlets. It's just that some numbnuts at that local Fox affiliate flipped the numbers for a brief moment.
And notice what else is missing -- all the other screenshots from early in the evening as earlier vote totals were being reported. If this was truly a vote-flip, then GP should have all the other images from earlier in the night showing Wilson leading the whole night, until it was suddenly reversed at the end. Except...they don't have those images. What they have is one single, incorrect image that was inconsistent with everything the SoS, the rest of the media, and even that Fox affiliate would have been reporting all night.
You don't have to believe the GOPe, though. Is there an official (or even unofficial) complaint from Wilson herself saying she was robbed? Because if not, it shows she knows better, and this is just typical GP throwing red meat to the base for clicks, even when they know what they are reporting is misleading.

It might happen the way the person says in the article. However, you are naïve and either lying or ignorant of adjuration or other methods used. The machines were an easy to cheat the system. Thousands of votes, military and mail-in votes were adjudicated without republican witnesses due to COVID.
Any ballot or series of ballots can be adjudicated (changed) on the machine. Ballots can be run multiple times. Military ballots were not run through machines — someone had to mark up ballots (left to interoperation without second party supervision), hundreds of nursing homes and precincts with near 100% participation, millions of mail-in ballots without signature validation, mail-in ballots envelopes destroyed, drop box mules (wholesale destruction of drop box videos), etc. All of these illegal votes were run through machines. So, there are dozens of ways to use the machines to cheat and hide behind their results.
They count pieces of paper. That is why the GA audit was close to election day. It never was an audit of the ballots, signatures, voter roles, they hid behind the machine totals.
One of the reasons I do not support the GOP. They act as if election fraud does not exist and refuse to fight it.

So what, the vote totals didn't change when "fixed".
And it doesn't logically follow that one can assume with certainty that cheating didn't occur because sometimes candidate results do get transposed.
The media, RINOs, and democrat politicians know that they cheated, they know that we know that they cheated, and they do not care that we know.
We don't know that. The machines haven't been audited.
Even Lynda Wilson isn’t contesting that she lost, LEGITIMATELY.

You said there was no explanation. I just pointed out that there was - a very likely one.
Neither of us know for sure but if no other outlet reported it this way and no one successfully contests the result it’s pretty clear that it was a data entry error.
What finally convinced me of the actual fraud was how powerful Dominion had become after their rigged machines switched the important races. Have we ever seen a company able to sue so many people in to complete submission and control the entire media and big tech in to bowing at their feet? They even had formerly hard core conservatives giving public self shame and apologies claiming Dominion was the most ethical company in history.
