Last year I had at least 40 knives, one sword and two daggers.
I’ve sold about 1/2 of them and am working my way down to the 10 best of the knives to keep.
If he was so suicidal, why was he one of the uncommon mass shooters to be arrested rather than die (via suicide or cop)?
The guy evidently made a large amount of moneye from a particular music video he did that, for some reason, went viral.

The parental certification concerns criminal status, not mental status.
I saw a claim online that the FOID Act was declared unconstitutional by a judge. I have no idea of the law’s current legal status.
