With what we already know about her, I doubt any FReepers will take them plunge and date her. We are seeing 🚩 all over the place.
She’s undoubtedly extremely high maintenance.
Those pictures are definitely not of a 42 year old woman who lives in the sun belt.
Girls like her never grow up and reality is ugly.

I agree. She's certainly attractive enough. My only guess is that besides a guy's total commitment and all his time, she wants >6' tall, well-defined abs, and a 7 figure net worth to be spent on her.

It may seem, or even be, unfair - life often is. But 42 year old women who’ve not been married are considered very poor prospects for marriage. Actually, 42 year old women period. You hit 35 you are pretty much SOL.
The reality is that if you want to have a stable, long term relationship as in marriage, you get in the game while you are still in your prime of marketability. To make a football analogy, running backs who want to have financial security retire at their peak and make the best of their marketability. Before the bad back and trashed knees and being forgotten by the fickle media.
Also, and this applies to men as well as women, after about 35 if you’ve never married you probably won’t. By that point you are looking for the perfect man/woman & will settle for nothing less. No such thing exists.
Not a word in the article about any previous marriages. I suspect, at her age, there was a previous marriage. Children? silence from the article. If there wasn’t, she honestly waited too long to find a husband. But why advertise and get applications from strangers? Surely she knows men from her life? If not, she should go to church and get to know men in single groups.
I’ve been on the Deuce between 8th and Broadway many times, but it never occurred to me to “look for love” there.
The only consistent feature, of all of your dissatisfying relationships, is you.
If she is in Florida, why is she advertising in NYC?
And the whole article looks like an advertisement for wingman.com. I’ve seen very similar articles featuring different dates.
