I read on FR a few yrs ago that there is a very close connection between one getting shot, or shooting someone else, and getting shot again....once you get in that vicious circle it’ll come back to get you.
In New York City the police make only cursory investigations of murders involving minorities. They do not do thorough police work because they know it will be dangerous for them in many ways. Few murderers are ever arrested, few are tried and very few go to prison. If there is to be “justice”, it is left to people who are aggrieved by the crime. apparently this is now happening anywhere that is controlled by woke politicians. The Democrats can claim that they really did not mean to defund the police. However working cops know what they meant and what they do. They are acting accordingly.
A while back there was this guy who was released from prison in Illinois after fifteen years was gunned down when he left and was waiting for a ride.
WTF does that even mean?
It’s very confusing. I read it three times and I’m still not sure I understood it.
Seems unsurprising to anyone but the woke. Who will blame this on inanimate objects without agency, i.e. guns, and not their own moronic policies.

Maybe the shooter started his shot from a gun down position, like a British Gentleman shooter shooting FITASC or Sporting.
