This interesting video is about a survey if a group of people taken over several years — maybe a decade or two. Says two glasses of wine a day is a good thing.

Ha, I just read a list of top ten things you could do to lower your lethal cholesterol and drinking a glass of wine everyday was on that list! Could they make up their mind?
Next thing you know, they’ll be telling us smoking is good for us.

Smoking has good effects and harmful effects. If it only had harmful effects, it wouldn’t be so popular.
If someone finds a way to compensate the bad effects, smoking would be beneficial.
People who drink alcohol are less likely to have
dementia
insulin resistance
heart disease
bone problems
gallstones
kidney stones
constipation
And are now “wise beyond their years” apparently
let’s party... 😁...

Exactly. People around me will certainly live longer.
I suspect ‘studies’ like these are intended to set the stage for huge taxes on alcohol. And why not, the government now totally controls the media - they might as well use them.
They shouldn’t blame the booze for what the bread did!

My Dr. dubbed me alcoholic. We got into a heated argument und till I told him I was NOT, I am a drunk. Alcoholics go to meetings.

It’s a sad fact of life that alcohol is a poison. But you die anyway so make the decisions for yourself.
