Describe “not so great”.
Yep, more & more lately I have had to jump between browsers (I use Mac/Safari primarily) to get what I need to do done. “Chrome” is the “800# gorilla” among Web Browsers right now (most popular), so I find that a Chrome-based browser like Brave or the MS Edge browser usually gets the job done. (Don’t want to use the Google Chrome tracking version if I can help it).
I like NewsMax better. But still hope OANN succeeds.
Outside of Tucker, Fox is unwatchable!
I don’t use google anything, if I can avoid it.
Don’t like Chrome.
I resorted to re-installing firefox, it is clearly compromised since Soros gave them money.
Using Windows machine for a while.
My Linux machine is torn down. Hard drive failure, put in new larger hard drive and the Linux version I attempted to install showed 1 disc only. Well, near the end of the install, it asked for Disc 2. I let the install bypass the Bios and installed with UEFI, Now I cannot boot to anything and have not figured how to reformat the drive yet. Pulled it out but an earlier Linux machine I have had battery backup for BIOS fail. Have been too busy putting out fires to fix them.
It’s OK.
Thanks.
Gutfeld is worth watching.
#1 poor production value.
Otherwise, wooden robotic newscasters/hosts, and obvious blatant bias.
I’d prefer to get a news station that truly was unbiased, rather than just reactionary to the disguised lib bias of the MSM.
I probably should have kept my mouth shut since I don’t even regularly watch tv. I stayed with a friend for a couple weeks who watched Oann a whole lot and I thought it was really good. I like that it is family owned and hopefully therefore immune to takeovers and pressure that other organizations might suffer.
Agree. The problem is not the inability of programmers to build a good browser. The problem is the use of the data that they all collect. It is being used against freedom and sanity and promotes pure EVIL.
That is the real battle, it has been since the beginning of time. Good vs Evil. (there are amplified versions of that which refines how truly evil)
The word “reactionary” is Marxist speak for anything opposing Marxism.
The truth has no bias.
And if you want to be dazzled by “production values” your priorities are out of whack, with all due respect
Faux would not investigate election fraud.
Worse than cnn.
Correct. They outright refuse to; and they were the first to call AZ for Brandon after 11/03/2020.
Agree.
That's what I got, Tacro, and I found the problem, thanks to Drago, who sent me a good link.
The problem is Firefox.
When you go to a website you have bookmarked on Firefox, and the website's server fails to respond, Firefox redirects to a “505 Bad Gateway” page, AND changes the bookmark web address to the “505 Bad Gateway” page. You can't use the bookmark to get to that website again.
You must delete the bookmark, then physically type the web address of the website you want, then make a new bookmark to replace the deleted one.
Drago sent me a link which worked fine because it was not my bookmark.
Thanks, Drago.
Agree, misuse of browser algorithms is a serious issue.
I've always found your comments well worth reading.
Oh, so you love watching middle-school productions of plays?
Robotics and major mistakes and poor sets just make for dull viewing and listening. Sorry, priorities or not, it’s important.
And don’t pull that “Marxist” name-calling with me. It’s long been a legitimate English word, and in fact, Marxists usually are reactionary, their rioting every chance to wit.
I really wish FRers would give other FRers the benefit of a doubt. Instead of declaring them marxists and otherwise liberal. Let’s all try to remember that.
Strawman argument. And learn how to listen to what’s being presented. I find the lack of clutter in OAN studios refreshing, and it makes the chyrons easier to pay attention to.
Marxists use lots of English words. The fact that I pointed out “reactionary” and it resulted in such a strong response from you after you had used it in a context that Marxists commonly use it in says a lot about you, frankly and with all due respect.
Oh good God.
The libel is strong. Nevermind the underhanded name-calling.
Never occurs to you that gee, sometimes regular people use those very phrases rather astutely, eh?
