This goes on in public schools as follows. More black kids need help with reading etc. The black special education teachers declare they “won’t classify any more black kids” because it’s racist. Therefore the black kids who need help don’t get it.

And in other discussions, the black teachers say the black kids are different and can’t be made to sit still in class, can’t learn the same way, etc.

Laws don’t really help stupid people anyway. I’m sure people who can manage their own health will wear the proper gear.
