Now we have to recover the plane before the Chinese do.

could swear I read something similar to this a few weeks ago, except we had to recover a plane before the Russians did.

I don’t know how it is today but back in the 90s the Carl Vinson was the Armpit of the Navy

The soviets had female snipers and combat pilots, but that is a different culture that probably does not see females as “the weaker sex” needing protection from males.

Guessing that someone onboard the carrier likely first posted it to a social media account such as Twitter, Facebook or Instagram...
