Based on other reports of college Presidents...at $927k...he was a bargain. They usually make millions.

Never write stuff down. Never use your company email. Never leave anything on your phone.

And don’t mess with the help.

Its not that difficult.

That was my thought too.

Whatta pair o’ dorks.

It’s embarrassing how pathetic these two are.

But hey, Mr. Politically Correct set his own trap. Now he gets to deal with it. That Mil/Yr would have gone on for another decade most likely, with him doing nothing for it except complying with the demands of the PC insane asylum.

Too bad he didn’t have the integrity to either question that or go along with his own rules.

'Can I lure you to visit with the promise of a knish?’

Sounds more like something that a zaftige WOMAN would write.

And if her Kniedele* were as good as her knish, I would have taken her up on it, 30 years ago.

Regards,

* Kniedele = Knödel (plural) = breasts. Knish = vulva

From Wikipedia:

A knish is a traditional Ashkenazi Jewish snack food consisting of a filling covered with dough that is typically baked or sometimes deep fried. Knishes are usually purchased from street vendors in urban areas with a large Jewish population, sometimes at a hot dog stand or from a butcher shop. It is still strongly associated with New York City, the New York City region, and New York City cuisine. It was made popular in North America by Ashkenazi Jewish refugees...

And don’t mess with the help.

My first boss told me this: Remember, an eagle does not crap it its own nest.

The job was in law enforcement. He also told me this: if a copper gets in trouble, it is almost always with one or more than one of the 3Bs. The 3 Bs are: Bullets, Bimbos, or Booze.

Smart guy he.

$927,000 per year? Looks like Michigan got him at a bargain, compared to others (Forbes Magazine 2019 salaries):

The most total compensation in 2019 for a public university CEO was Mark P. Becker at Georgia State University, who made $2,806,517.
He was followed by:
Steven Leath, Auburn University $1,836,226
Michael K. Young, Texas A&M University at College Station $1,610,977
Michael V. Drake, Ohio State University $1,415,707 (Drake has retired from Ohio State and is now President of the University of California.)
John Sharp, Texas A&M University system office $1,341,598
Patrick Gallagher, University of Pittsburgh main campus $1,211,343
James Edward Ryan, University of Virginia $1,188,910
Jeffrey P. Gold, University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska Medical Center $1,174,521
Renu Khator, University of Houston $1,164,064
Michael M. Crow, Arizona State University $1,150,361
W. Kent Fuchs, University of Florida $1,147,064
Eric J. Barron, Pennsylvania State University at University Park $1,118,247
Susan Herbst, University of Connecticut$1,095,482
Gregory L. Fenves, University of Texas at Austin $1,090,223
Rahmat Shoureshi, Portland State University $1,085,393
Tedd L. Mitchell, Texas Tech University system $1,068,275
Brian McCall, Texas State University system $1,033,831
Ali A. Houshmand, Rowan University$1,019,751

But don't worry, these folks are doing all they can to make education affordable for our kids.

Hm, I always refused to date people at work because A) it’s unprofessional and B) I never want to. I can think of people at work that I liked a lot - always for a short time, never permanently - but the idea of squeezing someone “from the office” is to me approximately the same as the idea of eating raccoon pie.

And I’m always the one that gets in trouble for it. I will end up with an angry mob after me if I don’t cut and run when the coast is clear. Every single time.

So this puzzles me, that they are making “guidelines” about dating your staff and so on, and now this guy is getting outed and sh1tcanned from his job for sending emails about a knish. I can still remember this one guy (a divorced mental health professional) getting HELLA pissed at me because I wasn’t interested in drinks and dinner. Not the first or last time.

By what malign sorcery has this taken place and how did I not notice it?
