Life would go on just fine if they didn't, and all kinds of sick causes (such as abortion, "sex changes," and whining over psychotic criminals' rights) would never have found a base of support.
Then you’re no Christian. What are you doing on a pro-God website?
75 percent of the New Testament is quotations from the Old. Seems like you don’t know either part of the Bible, sadly; your rhetoric looks more Mahometan to me.
I didn’t know only Christians believe in God. I should have asked for your permission first...
We know that. The date is in the article. The point of this post was to discuss the appeal.
Precisely my point.
It would be better for everyone, women included.
Most women I know now are unmarried, and “bar hoochies”.
They pretend to be happy, but it’s apparent they are not.
All of those abominations were instituted by men, for the record. (Except in the case of royal assent of the UK’s laws in those respects, starting with the 1967 Abortion Act.)
Re: old article, Learn how to post C98!
I know it’s old. But this is the only article that is discussing an appeal. The media wants you to accept this verdict. No chance of appeal. Arbery was just jogging. Photopgraphy is a crime. yada. Yada. Yada. Why is that so hard to understand? Learn how to comprehend. smh
Where do you draw the line? If you call in his description, it matches 1500 other people in the area. If you're afraid of the consequences, thefts will skyrocket. I believe they were following the jogging prowler waiting for the police.
With guns drawn. I understand your point, but nowadays you should understand society.
I am not willing to be raped and murdered in prison because some guy is stealing a hammer.
They videotaped the whole thing. That’s all they needed to hand over to the cops.
Really no need to run him down.
Oh? That’s a cryptic answer, particularly after you insult God’s word. Please be a bit more forthcoming.
Lucky they aren’t in Texas. You kill somebody in Texas, we kill you back.
What’s God’s word? The book written by men?
What ever happened with the guy who was shot because he wouldn’t leave a mans property? Yes texas law vs Georgia. but the guy in the video was shot for heatedly talking to his ex wife and disrespecting a pip squeak with a rifle.
I think the shooter in that case is being charged.
His ex bitch set him up.(the dead guy)
He was there at the assigned time and day to pick up his son.
He wasn’t there and the little man with a gun was looking for trouble.
The dead guy didn’t help by talking smack either.
Bear trap, shoot, shovel and shut up.
Opus?
Never mind not being forthcoming.
Have a nice day.
Take pinchginch's statement at face value. She knows their appeals will ultimately be successful.
At trial, Judge Timothy Walmsley ruled that Arbery's extensive criminal past, including the store thefts (Wal-Mart), were not relevant to the case, because the defendants were not aware of it at the time of the shooting.
That assertion is jaw-droppingly, literally not possible. Why? The simplest examination of the evidence shows Greg McMichael spent most of his career working for DA Jackie Johnson, who unironically, became the 1st DA to recuse herself from this case.
In that capacity, Greg McMichael had worked with George Barnhill's son, who became the 2nd DA to recuse.
Barnhill [as cited below], immediately revealed that his son -- as McMichael's colleague -- had gotten Arbery to plea to a felony probation revocation in Johnson's Glynn County DA office!
McMichaels worked in Johnson's office until retiring in 2019. The felony probation revocation occured during McMichael's time as an investigator in Johnson's office.
It is literally not possible Greg McMichael did not know about Arbery's felony probation revocation, and in all likelihood McMichael worked on Arbery's case and almost certainly Arbery's Wal-Mart felony shoplifting conviction as well (Glynn County No. CR18-00095).
If you want your reversible error, that's #1...and let me explain this in a way everyone can understand -- whether or not your 'opinion' is that revelation would have made no difference, your 'opinion' is irrelevant.
What is relevant is that Arbery's past criminal convictions, his current felony revocation, and McMichael's encompassing awareness of ALL of Arbery's record TO THE MINUTE was absolutely admissable at trial, and the judge intentionally blocked this admission to ensure a conviction, because this judge is the embodiment of "It's better to beg for forgiveness later (when he is overturned and the MSM can ignore it), than to ask for permission today".
"Dear Ms Crittendon and McGowan: |
I earnestly hope Dunikoski meets her own Arbery.
I’m with you... repeal the 19th.
