Everytime I see him appear on Fox I am inspired. He looks great .
As another shrinking fatty I can see there’s hope.
Was about to say the same. No way a 58 year old exercised and ate better and lost 90 pounds in 6 months. Didn’t want to credit Keto or whatever like a typical lawyer/politician in case there could be some unfavorable connection.
Yep, I’ve cut down dramatically - bread, processed snacks, etc. Hard to cut it all out though. I am eating a lot more veggies but also eating fruit, which I know has carbs.
No, they don’t. They lose a few pounds, then starve themselves the last 24 hours to empty their stomach and bowels, and dehydrate themselves to an extreme point. They are regularly 15-20 lbs heavier the next day when they step into the ring, sometimes even more.
I'd give Pompeo a good, long look as a 2024 candidate if he choses to run. He was my favorite guy in the Trump Administration. I don't doubt that he's positioning himself if Trump doesn't run.
Regardless how weight loss happens - assuming you’re not under conditions of extreme privation - it’s usually a good thing. Try to look at it that way and stay mobile, engaged with life, and at least mentally, if not physically, active. Try to trust your doctors but look things up on your own (not just on the interweb but in the library).
Not assuming you didn’t already beat your cancer - these are just ideas I have developed while working in health care and observing cancer cases. You’re still here after that much weight loss, so that’s a good sign! Maybe you’ll make it a while longer. At least your golf swing will get better!
“Mike Pompeo tells The Post how he lost 90 pounds in six months”
Hookers & Blow?
You just proved my point. I routinely dropped 10 lbs in a week dehydrating when I fought. Current fighters are much better at it. Dropping 20-30 pounds in a week is routine in todayโs competitions because they have figured out how to do it without losing all your muscle mass. EPO is a big help and easy to mask.
“L4-L5 acute lumbar stenosis which is pressing against my sciatic nerves. At 300 pounds”
Get in a pool. Even better, a warm water pool.
Spend the money.
Will be worth every penny.
Good call. But I think he will be Trump’s running mate. Either way, he has the credentials.
Not any more.
Doing that as well. My pain management doc and my chiropractor recommended aquatic therapy.
Now, to get to the pool...
“I just know I donโt want to see the pics.”
I think he looks great but his face, though handsome, is quite different from before.
“Iโve been on Nutrisystem and so far am down 60 pounds”
Good job. I am down 55 and want to lose 75 total. The difference I feel is night and day.
This is great news - it means Pompeo us still on the list for VP or maybe President some day... it’s NOT a health issue! He’s plenty healthy.
Nice! Very encouraging to hear your progress.
I’ve noticed him getting slimmer over time during his Fox News appearances. Glad it was intentional - and not due to a serious health issue! I’d imagine his work for Trump was high-pressure, lot of rich food - and zero time for exercising each week. Good for him!

I remember the wrestlers in HS doing this. One guy was a state champion wrestler. He would not brush his teeth for 2-3 days before weigh in so a not to get a minsicule amount of water in his body.
I have no idea if it worked or not or just bs.
However, I am going to say that in today's world, running a ticket with two white just gives the other side a constant narrative to hammer. I think the VP nominee should be a solid Conservative minority/woman.
