They need to keep working. What you are seeing is the loose skin. After maintaining for a couple of years, they look normal.
Probably. But for some reason there is a stigma attached to these diets. Every person I have ever seen lose that much weigh so quickly did it with a low carb diet of some sort. The carb loaded western diet is responsible for America's obesity and poor health.

Just like Covid and jabs, most Doctors, now captured by corporate medicine, and health insurance guidelines, are not free to go against the official narrative (The low fat plus grains food pyramid).
This is in spite of all the evidence that the former (Low carb/keto)works for all sorts of chronic diseases, and the latter (low fat/grains/sugar) actually causes these diseases.
He can’t publicly go against big pharma and corporate medicine, so he has to dissemble his diet details.
Why wouldn’t I be?
