I am a very old school fan (Brooklyn Dodgers...1944 to 1957), when there were no relief pitchers.
I chose to back Texas this year because those poor folks need a win. They are losing so terribly at the Border. 😢
There are no crow sammiches on your table. I was born and raised in Texas. Del Rio in fact. I now live in Georgia and we had the election stolen from us and our leaders are getting ready for retirement. All of our MAGA state elected officials lost their committee seats.
My school is in the early 60s. I can remember when pitchers would throw complete games and be ready for another game a few days later.
May the best team win the series. I know as a Brave fan, I am sleep-deprived and will be up till almost 3 AM either way. I have work duties to complete and the numbers drop at midnight and a presentation at 9 AM.
