for liability reasons everything on the set should be a prop, or rented specifically for the purpose of making the movie.

you would be absolutely forbidden (and fired with criminal charges and blacklist) if you tried to bring your own stuff onto set.

Not sure what went on in this case, but the only word I cannot use to describe it is “professional”

Yep. Wonder if they’ll ever be able to get insurance for any future film that Baldwin’s production company is a part of—especially if it entails true risk such as guns, risky location etc. And he himself as an actor may never be able to be insured for anything involving a gun again. That is if he is not in jail.
