My sister did a runner on a blind date once - a couple minutes after she found out the guy had voted for Clinton.

Well, I suppose she should be given credit for not letting it carry on but frankly, some of us could have thought it mandatory to have cleared that before agreeing to go out on a date, no?
My buddy met up with a gal for a first date. They chatted awhile and ordered and when the food came she said:
“You know, I think we should just be friends. I don’t think we’re a good match.”
As she began to eat he excused himself to go to the restroom and never came back.

It’s like those crazy-fun Weekly World News stories (oh what fun we had passing that rag around and reading those stories as a group at happy hour) that always took place in the remotest regions of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and China.

My wife (now 83) was third youngest of 10 siblings... 6 boys + 4 girls...
They were all wonderful human beings and great patriots...
4 brothers (2 older & 2 younger) and one sister (older) are still above ground temperature...
