How does the NFL know who is vaccinated and who is not?
If the players do not show the NFL proof they are vaccinated, then they get a fine. You cannot legally do that. It violates multiple laws. The employer cannot violate laws.
It is coercion when they say tell us if you are “vaccinated” or your get a fine.

Get a student aid job. Almost every college in the country requires students to be MMRed up. And hospitals generally require employees to be vaxed up, MMR, flu, you name it.
