Nope it was the 3rd. Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and PA all stopped counting by 10pm. Well counting legally anyways. Takes time to scan ballots over and over and over agsin.

I sincerely hope I am wrong about this but having had the ball pulled away time and again, so to speak, has allowed me to have become quite jaded about "right winning out over wrong",on this plane anyway.
