It is Simplicity pattern 4136- just need to find the right size and make sure dress pattern is in there. I found many on eBay but pattern link is soooo long - all the details of the dress are there- even the part near the hem!

I like watching The Wizard of Oz with the Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon album. It’s on YouTube it’s kind of fascinating, and to be honest to Pink Floyd really doesn’t do much for me and never has but it was very coincidental how the movie & the Pink Floyd release synch up.
