“Let Us Prey!”
Said Papa Croc to Junior when they spotted a gaggle of geese.

I’ve heard that crocs are making a big come-back, south of Miami.

Should’ve died 65 million years ago with all the other dinosaurs.

That’s not a knife—now this is a knife.

In Florida and Louisiana, they are quite adept at dealing with such beasts. A large caliber weapon dispatches them quite well In fact, there’s actually a TV show which shows people hunting them and getting paid for doing so. Same for invasive pythons and other constrictors.

They use a 22 rifle in that show, almost exclusively.

I saw a good article on the use of the .17 HMR by the swamp people.

When I lived in Naples, FL, we saw alligators all the time. U of FL mascot is an alligator—The Florida Gators...the Gator Bowl etc etc.
Had to call the cops one morning when we saw one swimming in our pool. They have special equipment to take them out and drop them back in the swamp. You really don’t want to let your cat out at night or you may never see it again.

Oops, sorry about the size of that. It shows differently on the stupid Kindle than the desktop.

Ha! And now when I cut it down to size so it doesn't blow up your screen, it's too SMALL!
