I will pass.
I have heard of sheepshead.
But I thought it was handled like Pork cretons, boiled and the meats mashed with spices into a pate.

At my age, I’m not going anywhere but the porch. But... sometimes you get this notion (burr in your saddle, hair up your....) All I said was that if I was to go there, I’d DEFINITELY lose weight I live on beef and potatoes. I sure don’t think you’ll find much of it there.
NOW... That right there could change my mind about a whole lot of things. And make me do more stupid stuff. HELL! I’m still not old enough yet! Dammit!
