Good to hear you are back on your feet with this, nikos1121.

Many of us are going the same road.

I want some of the drug you are taking! Must feel good. We do need some optimism though.

How’s everyone feeling about the state of things?

I was still spiraling down until I listened to President Trump at CPAC and I’m energized again.

I think he’s going to achieve much more by concentrating on the various local state legislatures.

For one thing, it was clear from his talk, that he is our leader, and his ideas unite all of us and many independents and even some democrats too.

The man is amazing.

He like the all knowing and magnificent OZ.

How do the rest of you feel right now? Optimistic? Is anyone watching FOX? What’s the climate like over there?

In not, who are you watching for daily commentary?

Same here, and I will post a longer comment when I get time.

Things are going to be OK unless something comes out of Left field that is invisible at the present time.

I was ready for a MAGA party in November. Mad as a hornet. In short order I realized one thing and was happy that Trump pretty much said it also....

If “we” (MAGA voters) cannot take back the GOP from the establishment class how could we ever expect to defeat the DNC, media, academia, the swamp, and corruption?

Answer? We could not. There are many opponents and fights that are MUCH more difficult than removing the RINO’s.

Let’s get it done!

I agree. I think he’s learned a lot. He knows who he can and cannot count on, and he realizes that it would have been ten times worse this time around if he had won.

I’m sure he had to swallow hard, but in the process he’s exposed people like Liz Cheny, McConnell...even the SCOTUS (what a colossal disappointment these are), along with others in the Senate and so called friends like Chris Christie and Bill Barr.

No, this might turn out better esp if he can run in 2024 and again n 2028.

Remember this: we almost won everything in November. The sad thing is we waited 4 years for him to get reelected and it didn’t happen. So now we wait 2 years to take back congress. Will it happen knowing all that happened in November? We got to get to work. Too many naysayers here.

There won’t be a 2022 win until the election fraud machine the Dems created is overturned.

Yes it felt great to hear POTUS Trump on the bully pulpit, but the state legislatures controlled by the GOP MUST change the voting system - ONE day, in person, mail-in ONLY for verifiable reason.

Until that happens we have permanent democommie control.

Every GOP controlled state should already this done. Like yesterday.

Not trying to pee in the cornflakes here, but reality is what it is...

why would the DEMs impeach Harris? She would already have a VP. So no Pelosi presidency.

Harris is to the LEFT of Pelosi, so I dont get it.

Not only did Trump probably need a break from deep state Democratic and media BS, but I agree with freepers who argue that pragmatic Trump can probably do a better job draining the swamp in the near future as a private citizen then as president.

And when Trump needs Oval Office again he’ll be there.

Also, we can keep Justice Thomas but rest of Court new members.

Insights welcome.

I had a great time at CPAC. One thing was for certain and that is that the Republican or Conservative wing as it has been known has been shifted aside. This is President Donald J Trumps party. He owns it. All of it. The atmosphere was a lot more Tea Partyesque than a CPAC event. People there were out for revenge and my feeling is that CPAC was a war cry for freedom and getting organized for 2022. Since 2016 few elected Republicans went through the mud with Trump. America got screwed. Vote the RINO’s out. Donate to individual candidates. Send help in the form of donations to the candidates across the country getting rid of the RINOS who voted to impeach Trump. It is actually quite simple. We cannot just sit back and do nothing. Join your local republican party and become a delegate. Take over your County Republican party and then work to control the District. Simple to do if you get active....impossible if you just gripe and groan.
Donate to this guy; Tom.gop

Watching Trump at CPAC was like opening the door and letting fresh spring air fill my room. I finally feel like I can breathe.
I never miss Steve Bannon’s War Room these days. He keeps up with what’s going on and helps give action items so us deplorables can be more than keyboard warriors. I also like Jay Sekulow ACLJ’s show for legislative info and listen to Jack Hibbs for info on the religious freedom front.

We have not watched ANY news station since November 3rd. And, I must say, we are happier because of it. My husband still spends most of the day here on FR, but not me!, I’m pretty much done with politics right now.

The only way out is when this administration does so many stupid things, that in two years we will get a conservative GOP Congress majority. I just laugh now at the ridiculousness. It is our only hope.
If they go after 401ks ,( proposing a tax credit instead of pre tax investment) for working people, that is when the tide will change. I am hoping he tries this, and the pushback will be huge.
Also, going after gun ownership. That will also be huge.

A lot of things can happen.

Trump is right in that the biggest problem with Democrats is that they are die hard ruthless ideologues who always stick together but that their ideas are terrible and destructive, which will always keep us in the game.

The guy installed as president is too old and senile to have enough common sense to slow his roll enough not to make things so terrible that he costs his party the WH in 4 years. But, they will have enormous numbers of dead-enders who will still vote for them regardless of how terrible Democrats make their lives. If you can rationalize a man into a woman, you can make yourself believe anything.

It’s good to be optimistic, but we also have to be realistic: we’re in a tight race between the indoctrination and importation of politically stupid people and the rate which people getting red pilled by the impacts of Democrat policies.

The state of things is dismal, so it’s best to just do everything you can do to point out to the Ignorant Morons who Voted these Tyrannical Bolsheviks into Office what is really going on.

Just take care of your own and vow to live a Non Compliant Lifestyle. When they get to the point of coming to your Door, you do what you need to do.

I still watch Tucker Carlson on Fox during the week and I watch Gutfeld on the weekend. I occasionally watch Ingraham, Levin and Watters as well.

Do I agree with all of them 100% of the time, nope, but they do provide valuable information while pointing out the hypocrisy of the Left. Heck all of us here on FR don’t agree with each other 100% of the time.

Thanks. Yes, I have similar feelings of encouragement after seeing President Trump hit it out of the park Sunday.

I don’t know if I agree with your predictions exactly - I don’t think Harris will get impeached - certainly not removed. But whether it’s Pelosi or Harris - the Democrats’ period of Presidential power will be short-lived disaster, virtually assuring they will lose big in 22 and 24.

I do hope we can do something to tighten up this mail-in ballot free-for-all before the next election. And I hope the fake news can be knocked off its pedestal.

More significant than anything President Trump has accomplished politically, has been his ability to expose the fake news, the Democrats and the RINOs as the liars and cheats that they are. Because of President Trump’s epic trolling, the curtain has been pulled away, and Left is reduced to blatantly lying, cheating and gaslighting with the whole world watching.

But we need to capitalize on it somehow and eliminate them while he has them out in the open.
