A lot of my food has complex carbon molecules in it.

Well, no preservatives in organic food

Shoot, at my age, I need all the preservatives I can get!

Freedom of choice is nice and being able to believe the labels mean what they say is also nice. Let consequences be consequences.

We are what we eat and I believe foods made and grown as God intended give the body the best chemistry to build with and to do all of the other things a body needs to do.

Whatever is in the water and soil goes into the plants and animals that eventually go into us. Organic sounds better to me.

The body knows what it needs, per the Designer/Creator, and it has trouble dealing with some of the other things, organic and inorganic both, we give it with the food we eat.

If you are fighting cancer or any of the many other usual diseases that kill us, a healthy diet is the best place to start that fight.

Fear of death while dying can motivate one to consider new ideas about food, like how we got so bad with food and how we can recover with food.

Many of those conditions will improve and even disappear with only better diet and lifestyle choices.

Often the body will heal itself with a quality diet and none of the bad stuff, the excess sugar, fat and salt, along with the other man-made chemistry that trick our taste buds into mindless, endless eating and drinking way beyond being full.
