I hope you realize we need to reverse that rather than surrender to it.

Your right! I think much of the west coast, including California (and especially the heavily republican northern part) would not want to stay associated with the commies as would many conservatives who reside in the dem controlled cities. I guess the movies “Escape From New York” and “Escape From L.A,” would take on a new meaning.

Okay! I give up! You should all understand that in order to reclaim the enclaves in our country that are now essentially already under the control of China and Russia we will have to go to war with the people who reside there and those throughout the nation who have been brainwashed by the media to think that we are the enemy. We have to be ready to lay down our lives in an effort to take theirs. If that is what you want then as soon as everyone here has taken out everyone they know who disagrees with them, including friends and family members, let me know and I will do the same.

If they go for our guns, all bets are off. Civil War will be terrible, but going into it unarmed would be even worse. Gun grabbing (or even taxation/registration) is the line they cannot cross.

Short of that, this will be economic. I will boycott leftist businesses. All purchases are political, and I will go without rather than support America’s enemies. I am also “buying ahead” - buying now under Trump to make the Biden economy look worse. As much as possible, I’ll withhold new purchases until we have a real President again.

There will also be shooting. The thugs are already shooting at and assaulting real Americans. I expect that to go both ways to an increasing degree. Their infrastructure may also be a target. I’m okay with watching utilities and transportation in leftist areas become increasingly unreliable, as a choice not just an accident.

Finally, we need our own “Long March Through the Institutions” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_long_march_through_the_institutions . We need to take back our schools, churches, universities, and media - shun those that support pure evil. We need to teach our kids/grandgchildren explicitly things we never thought needed to be said, so we are not providing the foot soldiers for their next generation in this war.

It is inevitable that the conflict will lead to tax revolt. Population will fight back by refusing to pay taxes as well as fines and interests.

That is how things will get ugly.

I do understand that. What I’m saying is that they are willing to go to war with us. Engaging in deals like “land for peace” will put us in the same spot as any other country that tries that.

I don’t relish the idea of going to war with my neighbors and family members. Lets pray for peace but get ready for war.

Your comment brings to mind what I said last week, causing a few other freepers to say I was being totally naive. I said I don't understand how a civil war would even work in the U.S. in 2021. There are leftist bastions in the west, southwest, northeast, upper midwest, and Hawaii. The remainder of the states are Republican (moderate, conservative, or RINO). Yet within each of the 50 states, there are large blocs of Democrats and large blocs of Republicans, intermixed at the state, city, county, township, neighborhood, apartment, and street levels, and even within an individual house or apartment unit (i.e., within the same extended or immediate family). Republicans & Democrats living next door, across the hallway, etc. Democrats & Republicans working side-by-side in businesses, in the government, etc. The same applies to the far smaller numbers of Independents and members of lesser-known Parties (e.g., Libertarian, Green, Constitution, etc.). So I don't understand how a Democrat vs. Republican civil war would even work. That same argument basically applies to a potential class war, religious war, gender war, racial war, sexual identity war, SJW war, and all the other potential types of civil wars (probably some other potential wars were omitted in this list). When I said I don't understand how any of those potential civil wars would work in 2021 America, a few freepers responded: Don't be simplistic; or You'll recognize it when it happens; or It's already here ... but of course, no further explanation or rationale was provided. If someone out there knows the right answer, I hope it can be explained in more than just a three-word response.

“ The remainder of the states are Republican (moderate, conservative, or RINO). ”

And sadly, we cannot even stop these douchebags from certifying their clearly fraudulent election results.

Any Veteran of the current wars know that wars go on all the time while the citizens in that country continue to go to work and their children go to school. Even the first US Civil War raged in the countryside while some citizen families watched from nearby hills with a picnic lunch.

Approximately 33% were patriots in the revolutionary war, 33% loyalists, the rest fence sitters waiting it out.

The only way for that to happen now is either by CWII or the succession of all the remaining free states, including my adopted home state of Alabama.. we could do this..

Yes, we could. Start making noise.

I think this is the tipping point. If Biden and his fellow travelers take power thru fraud, they will inevitably attempt to confiscate our firearms.

If you wait until they come for them, then you waited too long.

succession, you mean secession.

"Secession belongs to a different class of remedies. It is to be justified upon the basis that the States are Sovereign. There was a time when none denied it. I hope the time may come again, when a better comprehension of the theory of our Government, and the inalienable rights of the people of the States, will prevent any one from denying that each State is a Sovereign, and thus may reclaim the grants which it has made to any agent whomsoever."

President Davis.

You don’t understand communists

We secessionists understand completely and would relish watching New England turn into a Stalinist nightmare while central US remains free!

Thanks but no thanks. Democrats only control urban areas n oil t whole states. If things break apart Democrats are going to keep what they actually occupy. Their crap cities and that’s it!

Yes, but once they have that, they will start spreading their power and influence and we won't be able to stop them. By that time, they will have already disarmed most of us by way of law and penalties.

Tony you will find that most anti secessionists live in the places that are likely to go full commie. When the talk turns to secession GEOGRAPHY is everything.

Won’t work that way. They already declared war on us and won’t be satisfied with secession; they may even regard the act of secession as one of weakness.

Shut up loser. They won the Cold Civil War. But the other war may be revving up.

I want my freedom and secession would be the fastest way to get there. Secession is the off ramp to freedom.

So you placators can GTH.

Exactly how do you envision this Progressive spread of power if the cities are essentially blockaded by these easy methods:

Cut transportation...rail & roads...bridges/tunnels...air, a bit more difficult...

power, already seen the rapid effects in previous NYC blackouts....

Just don't see the cities going on with business as usual much less projecting power.
