I agree. Savage is way out in left field with that comment. I must admit, I listened to him a few times and I really can’t stand Mr. Savage.
It was also difficult to hear him characterize his cancer as “terminal.”
How is she doing now? It’s panceatic cancer, right?
Its amazing that hes made it this long after diagnosis. My father and uncle were given three weeks, and thats almost exactly how long they lasted.

Amen. DH’s doc says every day you live, you are another day closer to a cure, no matter what your monster is. Miraculous times we are living in, medically speaking.

He’s never revealed if it’s small cell or non-small cell. If it’s small cell, the 3 year mortality rate is exceedingly high.

He takes Prilosec, I take Protonix, depends on what the doc recommends..and he doesn’t eat pasta(With the sauce) anymore..basically had to cut down on a lot of stuff..millions live a perfectly normal life even with Barretts..just depends on how bad it is. The doc told my brother about some kind of treatment where they burn the area that is with the barretts and “Cures” it, not sure what its called but he did mention it to him. I need an endoscopy myself its been 2 yrs..with me I am a naughty gal, I try to stay away from the bad stuff but I just cant, I dont eat spicy food but I love chocolate, etc..so I get the burn, the acid taste. I want to do the endoscopy but now with the pandemic I just cant I waited til now I can wait a while longer..need to do an MRI on my neck which was supposed to be in June, had to prolong that too..ugh this virus! Let me know what the doc says, praying for you!! and lots of love and prayers for Rush too

All that time Rush has thumbed his nose at this possibility. The important things about Rush are the important things to Rush. Cancer isn’t one of them.

Yes I don’t think he’s used the word before. Tough to hear. At the very least I think he wanted to live long enough to help Trump win.
