Lets take Florida to start with.There are likely hundreds of major apartment,condo,retail centers,resorts that may have started going up in 2018/2019. Maybe 1/2 way there. And the same for the at least the booming states. Odds are that right now, we may have a few thousand construction projects that are either 30/40/50% built. And we see them. Now can you imagine what will happen if Biden wins? Right! half ass built condo buildings,shells of retail centers.Major resorts that had to stop construction because either banks or investors stopped funding the projects.Take a look at what is going on in Port Charlotte Fla.A major hotel/condo/resort complex has been under construction for at least two years right on the bay.It came to a halt because of Covid.Maybe it went as far as the third floor,and now it seems to be on hold. This is what will happen all over the USA if Biden wins. God Forbid!

well I live in Naples/about to move to Sarasota, on US 41, very close to me, they cleared out the trees/bushes/etc for the construction of either home/and or townhouses. and this was when? 2 or 3 years ago? its still flat! hmm, maybe the investors are waiting for the Donald to win again?

i remember in 1990, living in Massachusetts, when they did stories on local news of unfinished apartment buildings just sitting there.
