Now, if an ad explicitly discourages someone from getting a vaccine, well reject it, the companys Head of Health Kang-Xing Jin and Director of Product Management Rob Leathern said in a blog post Tuesday.
The new ban comes amid a series of policy changes announced by the company to rid its social networks of problematic content it had previously been hesitant to remove. This includes a ban on Holocaust denialism announced earlier this week, a ban on pages and groups espousing the QAnon conspiracy theory last week, a temporary ban on political ads following the Nov. 3 U.S. election, a ban last month on any ads that seek to delegitimize the results of the U.S. election, and a decision last month to stop the spread of groups on its social network that focus on giving users health advice.

LOL! That just says it ALL. Is he (or she?) in the Wuhan office?
I never read facebook ads anyway, so it’s moot to me.
We are now in a society that we no longer have access to opposing viewpoints.
Google any subject for example, you’ll see that the leftward opinion is generally displayed at a rate of 90/10 or worse.
I HATE Facebook csonsorship, and believe that it and all Big Tech should be regulated!!
However, the anti-vax movement is a leftist FRAUD, that endangers us all!!!!

Really...
Yo, Facebook: got any Americans working in your censorship departments at all?
Lesson to all: just avoid Facebook. If you can’t, then there’s a 12-step program just waiting for you.

I hope in time, people will just shut down their accounts.
Facebook has now become the arbiter of truth. I wonder how one can become final authority on what is and isnt reality?
I dont even have an account on any social media platform, with the exception of YouTube. And I only have that to watch reloading/firearms videos.
Its not a public forum.
It is a corporation that is there to maximize return on shareholder value. If you are an officer in that company and you do not adhere to that rule, they will fire you.
So, an individual does not have constitutional rights on their service. That is an error in the assessment of the first amendment, which applies to the government ONLY.
If you dont like their product, stop using it. Encourage others to stop using it.
But dont come onto a Conservative based web site and start screaming, There ought a be a law.
Build your own service, make it better, and put them out of business.
Facebook should move it’s headquarters to China they’ll fit right in
HA.. Then FascistBook should be banning ‘Heels Up Harris’ for her anti-Vaccine stance of any vaccine President Trump approves of.
So political ads that declare no one should take any vaccine that is mentioned by the President. Is that “anti-vaxx” per FakeBook’s own definition?
There is absolutely no reason to require that 1-day old babies get Hepatitis B vaccines. That is, unless doctors and nurses are going to use dirty needles or have blood producing sex while being Hep B positive themselves.
That said, at a later point in life, such immunizations are more appropriate.
Um.. I’ve never been an anti-vaxxer, but I stopped getting the flu vaccine 24 years ago just because I couldn’t be bothered.. I have Not had the flu in 23 years.
Bullshiite. Every doctor I know has AT LEAST ONE vaccine that they are concerned about for them and their children, in terms of their efficacy, potential side effects, or necessity. Unless you are a koolaid drinking moron, you would do well to study each and every vaccine yourself. New revelations of aborted fetal cells, and CRISPR Technology, being used in modern vaccines should prompt further concerns.
There is an argument here if they want.
The pricing of Facebook ads is based on an auction system where ads compete for impressions based on bid and performance. When you run your ad, you’ll only be charged for the number of clicks or the number of impressions your ad received.

As long as facebook is denying service to someone based upon the add’s content and not for censuring purposes, like advertising prostition, drugs, or a deviate lifestyle, i.e. something the old Hayes commission would pull, and they are allowing other organizations for the purpose of receiving pay for use of the network to voice their opinon, they are violating the law.
If a baker can’t refuse service to making a gay wedding cake as it is against their religious beliefs, then the personal opinions without the law behind it is no different. So the shoe fits both feet.
According to Legal zoom:
“If there is no state, federal or local law prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations against a particular group of people, then you can legally refuse to serve that group of people.” Sep 3, 2020
This does not stipulate who that group is, like it/is, but they aren’t bakers either.

Are you trying to say the chickens are coming home to roost? :-)
There is a chance of it if they don’t get the Corona Viuus or get with a climate change. Lucy on Peanuts got hit by a D- one time so you can’t discount that.
