Not exactly a retirement home.
I love watching “Tiny House”
I think the buyers are nuts but I do appreciate the builders ingenuity.

You know, I do believe that if Sears kept selling the same stuff they sold back in say, 1960.. I think they would still be in business..
Allstate scooters, Westernfield, JC Higgins, Ted Williams, Revelation, Ranger, and Glenfield firearms. All sorts of fishing equipment. Things that men were interested in. I mean, tools are nice but sometimes you want to relax a bit..
They did away with anything that a guy could enjoy.. I guess it was feminism that did them in. Just like K-mart...
Yes, they have earthquakes, but building codes account for this.
There was a whole row of them instead of the typical Triple Deckers.
Nothing new, but a bizarre living situation.
Why not just build a “Shotgun Shack!”
You fire a shotgun through the front door and the shot goes out the back door.
Then purchased, at the edge of the city for a married couple who both worked. They had four children.
Today it belongs to the widowed wife, who is at the edge of 90.
Hard to say what it is worth... Minimum, $300k, IMHO.
I have stayed in that house for over a month.
Basement, full floor plan and attic... I would guess it is about 2,500 square feet, with a nice lot, quiet neighborhood.
Perfectly said!

here’s the link for the interiors of other floors. It took me a while to find them
“I sort of like that design.”

I do, too. Sears sold some nice cozy homes back in the day.
“You know, CA and NYC for example can easily eradicate the homeless population by building dorm-room skyscrapers.”

Old Seoul was a walled city. That is probably part of the old city wall in the background.
When they get older all those stairs are going to suck.

The Z-Man!
The Z-Man Sandwich
Slow-smoked beef brisket, smoked provolone cheese, topped with two crispy onion rings, on a toasted Kaiser roll
Chicken Z-Man
It’s a Z-Man with smoked, pulled chicken and BBQ mayo!
Pork Z-Man
It’s a Z-Man with pulled pork instead of brisket!
Portobello Z-Man
It’s a Z-Man, with smoked mushrooms, instead of meat!
All very good!
There are houses similar to this all over Japan, since decades ago.
Earthquake stable?
100 million won is about $85,000. $255,000 for lot plus house. Unfortunately, the house pictures and specs are in Korean, so don’t know the house square footage.

It is like 5 studio apartments in California.
ROFL. I read your post before I clicked the link, sitting here like ... “Oh no, WTF did I post to get this reply?”
