I don’t think I will tune into anything Nov. 3.

I haven’t turn on television in years....I always just came to FR.

But this election day, I may not even do that because Nov. 3 is the beginning.

Not the end. Not by a longshot.

There will be no results until February. The left scum will say see Trump won’t step down. Pelosi will be the temporary President. The stock market will lose half its value.

That's not how it works.

https://www.ncsl.org/research/elections-and-campaigns/the-electoral-college.aspx

The Electoral College in 2020

The following is a summary of how the Electoral College will work in the 2020 presidential election:

* Spring and Summer 2020: Nomination of Electors. The political parties in each state nominate their electors. Parties and states have different ways of going about this, but a party's presidential electors are generally loyal or consistent party members. The parties want to be sure they can rely on their electors to cast their votes for the party's nominee for president.

* Nov. 3, 2020: Election Day, when voters in each state will select their presidential electors. The names of electors are not on the ballot in most states. Rather, when a voter casts a vote for a presidential candidate, s/he is also casting a vote for the electors already selected by the party of that candidate. If a majority of voters in a state vote for the Republican candidate for president, the Republican slate of electors is elected. If a majority vote for the Democratic candidate, the Democratic slate of electors is chosen.

* Dec. 8, 2020: Deadline for Resolving Election Disputes. All state recounts and court contests over presidential election results must be completed by this date.

* Dec. 14, 2020: Meeting of the Electors. The electors meet in each state and cast their ballots for president and vice president. Each elector votes on his or her own ballot and signs it. The ballots are immediately transmitted to various people: one copy goes to the president of the U.S. Senate (who is also the vice president of the United States); this is the copy that will be officially counted later. Other copies go to the state's secretary of state, the National Archives and Records Administration, and the presiding judge in the district where the electors meet (this serves as a backup copy that would replace the official copy sent to the president of the Senate if it is lost or destroyed).

* Dec. 23, 2020: Deadline for Receipt of Ballots. The electors' ballots from all states must be received by the president of the Senate by this date. There is no penalty for missing this deadline.

* Jan. 6, 2021: Counting of the Electoral Ballots. The U.S. Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes.

* Jan. 20, 2021: Inauguration Day. The president-elect becomes the president of the United States.

If any particular state does not have their election disputes resolved by December 14th, they forfeit their electoral votes entirely.

I don’t know throws it back to tomorrow

“You’ve voted Democrat for 40 years in your city, and what have they done for you? NOTHING.”

40 years is for Portlandia. Democrats have run most of these Blue cities since the sixities; 50 - 60 years at least. The stupid is so intense, it burns. Here's the year their last Republican mayors left office

Chicago 1931
Los Angles 2001
San Fransisco 1964
Detroit 1962
Seattle 1969
Portland 1980
St. Louis 1949
Philadelphia 1952
Minneapolis 1961

PDJT can win it all including Congress but not if he’s unprepared to stop the DNC massive voter fraud racket

Oregon better not be 29 seconds late.

What are you smoking Joe? Trump may win but it will be close and contested. GOP likewise may keep the Senate but there are weak Senators now who won’t stay in line on close issues. Collins? The House will stay in enemy territory this time but if all goes well with the first two and the economy recovers, the House is winnable in 2022.

One of the 4 moments in my life (not counting my wedding) etched in my memory is where I was (a small restaurant ordering ribs) when Kirk Gibson hit “the shot heard ‘round the world” and won the critical game for the Dodgers.

The others were the Moon landing, the Challenger accident and 9/11.

Besides, the GOP Senate and Congress are full of gutless wonders. They aren’t going to help Trump. Do you remember Paul Ryan? This guy McCarthy was Ryan’s butt buddy and cannot be trusted to do anything.

I predict it will happen, and I see the brownsfan says it will never happen.

Well if your team NEVER WON A SUPERBOWL, and you declare yourself a brownsfan, you might have a negative approach to everything in life.

SAD.

Not only is it not a dream but the most likely outcome of all! Taking into account the democrat nominee (who took the day after Labor Day off!) who is clearly in mental decline, an unremarkable and unlikeable running mate, violence in U.S. streets unseen before that democrats have supported, the largest state not allowing citizens to attend church, non-white Americans strong support for the president, professional sports being turned into social justice platforms...I could go on. I predict a fall of the democratic party this Fall as never seen before in our lifetimes.

They may have plans but the weapons that guard the White House are horrific in nature.

Put a laugh track to it and we’ll keep the YouTube video of the event on loop all Thanksgiving day! 😂😂😂

If Trump wins he’s carrying the majority of House districts. There is little reason for anyone to split a ticket.

That wouldn’t require a home run, a double would win, a single would tie it, a base on balls would continue the inning.

If America doesn't let the Dems use voting fraud, I believe you'll have Trump winning, Senate with more Republicans (Alabama, Michigan and Minnesota flipping), House flipping (45 districts flipping) and yes even down to state houses and state Senate's will have more Republicans).

After, President Trump can make voter ID laws.
