(Vanity) Vote by Mail - RNC Paid for Flyer
Vanity ^ | August 8, 2020 | ConservativeInPA

Yesterday, I received a flyer in the mail from the Republican National Committee. It was addressed to "The >>last name<< Household". Everyone in my household (family) are registered Republicans. The flyer itself is rather substantial, being of heavy bond paper. I assume it is more expensive to mail than something much lighter. It just makes me think that the RNC is spending some money here.

The flyer has highlighted and in caps, "Records indicate you have not yet requested a ballot for the general election". Hmm, I am wondering if they are monitoring republicans that request ballots or not.

The flyer has very clear instructions on how to request a ballot online. It does not contain any political message or support for any candidate other than one line that may be linked to President Trump. That is, "Make your vote count. Act now and help KEEP AMERICA GREAT."

I've never voted by mail, not even an absentee ballot when I was on the road for business 35 weeks out of the year. I would arrange my schedule to be home to vote. So this is new to me. So a few questions ... 1.) If I request a ballot, do I need to use it? 2.) If I request a ballot, can I still vote in person, assuming I didn't use it? I am in Pennsylvania and we are not having a 100% vote by mail election. 3.) Given all the Rat governor and tranny health secretary forced ChiCom flu shut-downs in PA, would it wise to request a ballot, just in case they decide to shut down polls on election day? That may seem far fetched, but it is conceivable given their unconstitutional edicts over the last six months.

I won't ask question number four since the answer is I will not vote by mail and in person.

I received this as well. I will only use it if I want the US Postal Workers Union to screen my vote.

I will not vote by mail and in person

But you bring up an interesting point. How many will vote twice?

US Postal Workers Union to screen my vote.

That is one of my concerns.

They’ve been doing it to the military vote for years. It only takes one commie in a post office to kill thousands of votes.

as a non-American, I would simply say it seems rather sinister to me that these flyers would be sent out by the RNC.

It’s probably a RINO idea.
They hate conservatives and Trump.

Correction:
Since you do not cite an effort at any verification whatsoever, you received mail “allegedly” from the RNC...

About 7% or so, if previous years are an indication as well as polling data. Most frequent is requesting a ballot in one jurisdiction by mail and then voting in person in another jurisdiction. Especially those who are registered at colleges or who have homes in two different states.

I got one also, I filed it the waste basket.

There is no way I will depend on mail in votes, I am going to my polling place, vote and then spend the rest of the day as a poll watcher in Indian Country.

Can't take a camera or a phone, but I can legally carry my little friends {the polling place is not a school}.

I voted absentee for 27 years. Then I voted in person for 10. I just voted vote by mail for the August 18th primary for the first time. I trust Florida vote by mail. We’ve won every state wide election but one with vote by mail. However, I did hand carry my ballot to the supervisor of elections office. Alan Hayes is our election commissioner. He’s great!
